Job summary
Advocate Health’s Brenner Children’s Hospital NICU is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary inpatient team in Winston-Salem, NC. The NNP will conduct neonatal assessments and procedures, collaborating with physicians and families to deliver top‑tier care across Level II–IV neonatology services.

Qualifications
- Graduation from accredited Nurse Practitioner Master’s Program.
- Current North Carolina Board of Nursing Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license.
- Board certified as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
- BCLS, PALS and NRP required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of neonates and infants in the NICU.
- Utilize advanced nursing and medical procedures for neonates as appropriate.
- Collaborate with health care team and patient families to improve care quality.
- Ensure licensure and ongoing professional development, including age-appropriate care guidelines.
- Support research-informed care and share knowledge with the interdisciplinary team.
