Job summary

42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA, is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice just outside Boston. This role offers a per diem arrangement with uncapped earnings based on collections and a flexible schedule around providers’ availability.

The practice provides state-of-the-art equipment, integrated orthodontics and periodontics, and a collaborative team environment with opportunities for career growth, whether part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• Requires DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Board eligibility or board certification in pediatric dentistry is required.
• Current state dental license to practice in MA or eligible.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• BLS or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high standard of care and ethics in the office.
