42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice just outside Boston. This role offers per diem compensation with uncapped earnings based on collections, with integrated orthodontics and periodontics within the practice.

The position emphasizes patient care, professional growth, and a supportive team environment, with opportunities to transition to full-time and a flexible schedule aligned with provider availability.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics in the office.
• Stay abreast of new developments and continue education.
