42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA, is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice just outside Boston. The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule with a per diem rate and uncapped earning potential through percentage of collections, including integrated orthodontics and periodontics within the practice.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients’ medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism in the dental office.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, and standards of care through continuing education.

Education
