Job summary

42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice just outside Boston. You’ll deliver high-quality pediatric care in a supportive, collaborative environment with integrated orthodontics and periodontics.

This role offers a per diem rate with uncapped earning potential through percentage of collections, flexible schedule, and opportunities for career growth, including full-time pathways.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry in MA.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases in pediatric patients.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review pediatric treatment plans with patients and guardians.
• Maintain and update patient dental records and treatment plans.
• Ensure high-quality, ethical patient care and professional standards.
