Job summary

42 North Dental seeks a Pediatric Dentist, or a General Dentist, to join the Great Lakes Family Dental team in Saginaw, MI. The practice offers general, pediatric, orthodontic, and periodontic services in a modern, state-of-the-art facility.

The role provides part-time or full-time options, a per diem of 1,000–1,200 USD, and integrated orthodontics and oral surgery within the practice. You will join a supportive, collaborative team with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state dental license.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and maintain treatment plans.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Update and review patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and monitor growth and development.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high quality standards and ethics in care.
• Keep updated with new developments and continuing education.
