Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist, or a General Dentist open to treating children, to join the Great Lakes Family Dental team in our Saginaw, MI office. We offer General, Pediatric, Orthodontic, and Periodontic services in a modern, state-of-the-art facility with a dedicated patient base and opportunities for career growth.

Competitive compensation includes a daily rate of $1,000–$1,200 USD, with part-time or full-time options and a supportive, collaborative team

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a ADA CODA accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics in the dental office.
• Keep up with advances through continuing education and professional development.

Education

DMD or DDS

Board certified or board eligible in pediatric dentistry

Current state license to practice dentistry
