Job summary

Great Lakes Family Dental in Saginaw, MI, seeks a Pediatric Dentist or a General Dentist open to treating children. The practice delivers General, Pediatric, Orthodontic and Periodontic services in a modern facility with state-of-the-art equipment.

The position offers flexible full- or part-time scheduling, a daily rate of $1,000–$1,200 USD, and opportunities to grow within a supportive, collaborative team. Strong patient base and care-driven culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism within the dental office; stay updated on new developments.
