Job summary

Great Lakes Family Dental in Saginaw, MI is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or a General Dentist open to treating children to join our team. We offer comprehensive services including General, Pediatric, Orthodontic and Periodontic care in a modern, state-of-the-art facility.

The position can be part-time or full-time based on the provider's schedule, with a daily rate of $1,000–$1,200 USD and ample opportunities for career growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain professional ethics and keep up with new developments and continuing education.
