Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to provide high-end pediatric dentistry services for patients under 21. The role involves cases that include complex needs and access to full anesthesia support from in-house anesthesiologists.

The position emphasizes building trust with the Rodeo team, leading dental professionals, and delivering exceptional patient care across locations. Flexible scheduling is offered in coordination with the Chief Dental Officer.

Qualifications

• Must have an active state license prior to starting in the clinic's state.
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must have completed a pediatric residency and hold proper credentials to practice fully as a pediatric dentist in your region.
• Ability to get credentialed by Medicaid is required.
• An interest in career development and dentistry skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with Rodeo team members.
• Lead dental assistants and other professionals to provide excellent care.
• See a wide range of pediatric cases, including complex cases.
• Participate in CE events to build dental skills.
• Treat all patients with respect regardless of socio-economic status.
• Provide notice when out of the office for staffing.
• Interact with General Practice dentists daily.
• Work with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to develop a strong clinic culture.
• Understand and utilize Open Dental for patient flow and clinic organization.
• Promote safety protocols and a safety-first culture within clinics.
• Communicate effectively with office leadership to align on clinic matters.
