Qualifications

• Completed pediatric residency and credentials to practice as a pediatric dentist.
• Ability to credential with Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and forge strong relationships with Rodeo team members.
• Lead Dental Assistants and professionals to provide high-quality care.
• Treat patients of all ages, including complex pediatric cases.
• Participate in continuing education events hosted by Rodeo Founders.
• Maintain a respectful, patient-centered environment.
• Coordinate with regional leads to foster strong clinic culture.
