Job summary

42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join a multi-specialty practice just outside Boston. The role emphasizes exceptional patient care, provider well-being, and a sustainable, rewarding career within a full-service office offering orthodontics and periodontics.

Daily rate is $1,000–$1,200 USD with uncapped earning potential through percentage of collections; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401K, CE opportunities, and hospital-level collaboration.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients’ medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism; stay current with developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA)

Board eligible or board certified (pediatric dentistry)

Current state license to practice dentistry
