Job summary

42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA seeks a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice just outside Boston. You will deliver preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry in a supportive team with a focus on quality and patient care.

The position offers a daily rate of $1,000–$1,200 USD with uncapped earnings through a percentage of collections, with part-time hours averaging 32 per week for full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics; pursue ongoing education.
