Job summary

42 North Dental, based near Boston, is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our team in Wellesley, MA. You will deliver high-quality pediatric care in a multi-specialty practice with a flexible schedule and patient-centered approach.

The position offers a daily rate of $1,000–$1,200 USD with uncapped earnings through a percentage of collections. We provide state‑of‑the‑art equipment, a supportive and collaborative environment, and growth opportunities, including continuing education

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests. Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development
