Job summary

42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a pediatric dentist for a part-time role in our multi-specialty practice just outside Boston. You’ll deliver preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care with state-of-the-art equipment and a collaborative team.

The position offers a per diem of 1,000–1,200 USD with uncapped earning potential through percentage of collections, plus flexible days based on provider availability and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligibility or board certification in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office; stay abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Education

DDS/DMD degree
