Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Pediatric Dentist, or a General Dentist, open to treating children, to join our Great Lakes Family Dental practice in Saginaw, MI. We offer General, Pediatric, Orthodontic, and Periodontic services in a modern, state-of-the-art facility.

The right candidate will have a DMD or DDS, Board eligibility, a Michigan license, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA-accredited program.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth.
