Job summary

Delta Companies in Iowa is seeking a Pediatric Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join an experienced dental team serving a rural community and teaching dental students. You will provide pediatric care with children, collaborate with a diverse staff, and contribute to a welcoming clinic environment.

The role offers a flexible 4- or 5-day workweek with no weekends or on-call, plus relocation and sign-on bonuses, generous PTO and sick time, and a 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.

Qualifications

• Pediatric dentistry residency training with pediatric experience.
• Willing to sponsor J-1 and H-1B visa candidates.
• Ability to obtain Iowa dental license.
• Collegial, team player and works well with support staff.

Responsibilities
