Job summary

Delta Companies in Davenport, IA invites a Pediatric Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join a team dedicated to pediatric care. The role includes teaching dental students and providing high-quality care for children in a supportive, community-focused setting.

The position offers a manageable 4- or 5-day workweek with no weekends or on-call, relocation and sign-on bonuses, generous PTO and sick time, CME time, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric dentistry with children.
• Ability to collaborate with dental staff and educators.
• Eligibility to obtain Iowa dental license.
• Open to visa candidates (J-1/H-1B) where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care to children.
• Teach dental students as part of the clinical team.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a Rural IA setting.
• Participate in a 4- or 5-day workweek with no on-call.
• Contribute to community outreach and education initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Pediatric Dentist (DDS/DMD)

• Join an Experienced Dentist Staff with the ability to teach dental students
• Pediatric Dentistry practice with children
• Enjoy a 5-day or a 4-day Workweek; no weekends and no on-call is required
• This Organization also provides services for: Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and Behavioral Health
• Comfortable Providing Dental Care for a rural location

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pediatric Dentist (DDS/DMD)

• Open to Doctors with Pediatric Residency Training with some pediatric experience
• Will to consider J-1 and H-1B Visa Candidates
• Ability to obtain an Iowa Dental License
• Collegial, team player and works well with support staff
