Job summary

Delta Companies seeks a Pediatric Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join a rural Iowa practice. Provide pediatric dental care to children, with opportunities to teach dental students alongside an experienced team.

Flexible 4- or 5-day work weeks, no weekends or on-call, and potential relocation and sign-on incentives. Relocation support and a strong benefits package, including PTO, sick time, and 401(k) with company match, are available.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD with pediatric residency training and some pediatric experience.
• Willing to consider J-1 and H-1B visa candidates.
• Ability to obtain Iowa dental license.
• Collegial, team player with staff support.

Responsibilities

• Join an experienced dentist staff and contribute to teaching dental students.
• Provide pediatric dentistry for children.
• Support a 4- or 5-day workweek with no weekends or on-call.
• Serve diverse clinics including family medicine, pediatrics, and behavioral health.
• Provide care in a rural setting.
