Job summary

Delta Companies in Iowa is seeking a Pediatric Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join an experienced staff serving children, with potential quarterly team incentives. Relocation and sign-on bonus are available, along with 200 earned PTO hours + 40 hours of sick time and 5 days for continued education, all fully paid.

A 401K with 5% company match and no vesting is offered. Workweeks can be 4 or 5 days with no weekends and no on-call.

Qualifications

• Open to doctors with pediatric residency training and some pediatric experience.
• Willing to consider J-1 and H-1B visa candidates.
• Ability to obtain an Iowa Dental License.
• Collegial, team player and works well with support staff.

Responsibilities

• Join an experienced dentist staff with the ability to teach dental students.
• Pediatric Dentistry practice with children.
• Enjoy a 5-day or a 4-day Workweek; no weekends and no on-call is required.
• This Organization also provides services for: Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and Behavioral Health.
• Comfortable Providing Dental Care for a rural location.
