Your main responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating dental issues specific to pediatric patients, educating parents and children on proper oral hygiene, and creating a positive dental experience that fosters a lifetime of good dental habits. Our practice is committed to delivering the highest quality of care in a compassionate and supportive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses for children
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address the unique dental needs of pediatric patients
- Administer preventive care and treatments such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
- Treat dental conditions such as cavities, misaligned teeth, and gum diseases
- Educate parents and children on effective oral hygiene practices
- Manage the emotional and behavioral challenges often associated with pediatric dental visits
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure the best patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Completion of a residency program in Pediatric Dentistry
- Current dental license in the state of practice
- Experience working with children in a dental setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach with a focus on patient comfort
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency
- Current dental license in the state
- Experience with pediatric patients
