Your main responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating dental issues specific to pediatric patients, educating parents and children on proper oral hygiene, and creating a positive dental experience that fosters a lifetime of good dental habits. Our practice is committed to delivering the highest quality of care in a compassionate and supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses for children
• Develop personalized treatment plans to address the unique dental needs of pediatric patients
• Administer preventive care and treatments such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Treat dental conditions such as cavities, misaligned teeth, and gum diseases
• Educate parents and children on effective oral hygiene practices
• Manage the emotional and behavioral challenges often associated with pediatric dental visits
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure the best patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Completion of a residency program in Pediatric Dentistry
• Current dental license in the state of practice
• Experience working with children in a dental setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate approach with a focus on patient comfort
