Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our pediatric care teams. You will support dentists and anesthesiologists, prepare instruments, sterilize rooms, and assist with pediatric patients under general anesthesia.

The role includes front desk duties and ensuring a safe, efficient surgical environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma, accredited dental assistant program completion, current RDA license, BLS, and background checks.

Qualifications

• Pediatric dental assisting experience preferred.
• Chairside dental assisting with pediatrics and anesthesia is a plus.
• BLS certification required or current.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist and anesthesia provider with instruments, sutures, and supplies.
• Prepare for procedures by gathering supplies and maintaining stock.
• Ensure age-appropriate patient care and safety throughout procedures.
• Assist with patient transfer from bed to gurney as needed.
• Decontaminate and maintain equipment; clean rooms between cases.
• Take and evaluate dental x-rays; maintain x-ray equipment.
