Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with doctors and field operations to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and develop action plans.
• Employ structured and repeatable management processes with team to drive operational effectiveness and growth.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures to improve organization and efficiency.
• Ensure open communication, share insights, and drive informed decision-making.
• Coordinate onboarding for new staff and train on policies.
• Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and support professional development.
• Track KPIs for patient experience and financial performance, identifying improvement strategies.
