Lone Peak Dental Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our pediatric-focused Tooth Town in Pocatello. You will lead daily office operations, ensure efficient patient flow, and coach a welcoming team dedicated to creating positive kid-friendly visits.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of management and 3+ years of dental experience, with Denticon proficiency and strong organizational skills. This on-site role offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience required.
• At least 3 years of dental experience.
• Working knowledge of clinical operations.
• Proficiency with dental software (Denticon preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Payroll processing experience is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly operations workflow.
• Schedule the office with confirmed patients.
