Lone Peak Dental Group in Pocatello is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Tooth Town office, helping to create a kid-friendly experience and support a caring team.

This full-time role requires 3–5 years of management and 3 years of dental experience, with Denticon and Microsoft Office proficiency, plus strong organizational skills. Schedule includes 8-hour shifts, some Saturdays, and travel to nearby offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience.
• A minimum of 3 years dental experience.
• Working knowledge of clinical operations.
• Proficiency in dental software (Denticon highly preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Payroll processing experience is a plus!
• Exceptional organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the operations workflow daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Ensure office is scheduled with confirmed patience.
• Maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
