Job summary

Pediatric Dental Care in Memphis, TN is seeking a Clinical Dental Assistant Lead to guide our dental team while providing chairside support in a fast-paced pediatric setting.

You will manage daily operations, supervise the assisting staff, coordinate schedules, and maintain top-tier patient care. Prior pediatric experience and leadership ability are preferred. CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Leadership or training experience desired.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workflow.
• CPR certification (current) required.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly employee schedules and duty lists.
• Oversee patient flow and timely seating.
• Conduct morning huddles and daily team communication.
• Assist with interviews, onboarding, evaluations, and terminations.
• Ensure training and clinical standards compliance.
• Maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate treatment schedules and radiology tasks.
• Assist with nitrous, coronal polishing, sealants.
