Job summary

American Pediatric Dental Group is seeking a Pediatric Lead Dental Assistant to mentor our clinical team and support providers in delivering exceptional pediatric care. You will lead daily operations, train teammates, and ensure smooth patient flow in a fast-paced, child-friendly environment.

Qualified candidates will have EFDA, CPR, and Dental X-Ray certifications, pediatric dentistry experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pediatric dental assisting experience preferred.
• Training available for experienced assistants transitioning into pediatric dentistry.
• EFDA Certification is required.
• CPR Certification is required.
• Dental X-Ray Certification is required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Schedule

• Monday & Thursday: 9:15 AM – 6:30 PM.
• Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM.

What We're Looking For

• Pediatric dental assisting experience preferred.
• Training available for experienced dental assistants transitioning into pediatric dentistry.
• EFDA Certification (Required).
• CPR Certification (Required).
• Dental X-Ray Certification (Required).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
