Job summary

NC Pediatric Dentistry is seeking an experienced Dental Clinical Lead to guide our clinical team and support the delivery of compassionate pediatric care. This hands-on role requires mentoring staff, refining clinical systems, and leading by example in a fast-paced setting.

You will oversee daily workflow, coach assistants, ensure safety and hygiene, coordinate with the dentist and leadership, and help provide exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of dental clinical or dental assisting experience, with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Advanced clinical skills in complex chairside procedures, clinical troubleshooting, and treatment preparation.
• Strong knowledge of chairside procedures, sterilization, infection control, and clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical workflow and maintain high safety, organization, and patient experience.
• Coach and support dental assistants and other clinical team members.
• Collaborate with the dentist and practice leadership to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.
