Job summary

Rock Kids Dental LLC is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our pediatric practice. In a supportive, family-focused environment you’ll provide preventive care and education to children while working in an assisted hygiene model.

This part-time opportunity offers flexible scheduling (2–3.5 days), competitive pay, holidays, benefits, and growth potential. Open Dental experience or willingness to learn, bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Current MD RDH license
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced assisted hygiene environment

• Pediatric experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental care to pediatric patients
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a welcoming environment
• Work efficiently within a fast-paced assisted hygiene model
• Educate children and parents about oral health and preventive care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support a positive, team-oriented practice culture
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Assist the dentist during procedures as needed
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure safety
• Collaborate with the dental team to create treatment plans

Schedule

• Monday-Tuesday: 8:15 AM-5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:15 AM-5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:45 AM-2:00 PM, twice per month

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care to pediatric patients

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced assisted hygiene environment
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caring for children
• Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
• Experience with Open Dental software preferred, or willingness to learn
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
