Qualifications

• GA coordination experience including scheduling, hospital OR coordination workflows.
• Navigate insurance breakdowns and payments; configure financial ledgers.
• Ability to operate in a high-volume clinical setting with quick, accurate scheduling.
• Reliability to start full-time hours at 6:50 AM at Post Falls clinic.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring pre-employment drug screening; adherence to CDC/OSHA/ADA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• GA Case Management: coordinate complex in-office GA scheduling and documentation.
• Welcoming families and creating a warm, reassuring first impression.
• Present treatment plans and explain needs, options, and sedation considerations to parents.
