Lone Peak Dental Group in Columbus is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator to greet families, help with check-in, and keep the front desk running smoothly in a kid-friendly environment.

This full-time role (30+ hours/week) offers competitive pay starting at $20 per hour, plus benefits such as 401K, PTO, company-paid continuing education, and referral bonuses.

Experience with kids is ideal; we will train the right person and familiarity with Denticon software is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience preferred (we will train the right person).
• Experience with kids is a plus and helpful in a pediatric setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and assist with check-in in a kid-friendly environment.
• Assist caregivers and doctors to support a smooth patient flow.
• Maintain a welcoming, engaging front-desk atmosphere throughout the day.
• Schedule appointments and manage front-desk operations efficiently.
