Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
• Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims and billing.
• Collect and post patient payments and manage daily financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical histories.
• Coordinate with dental assistants and providers to ensure smooth patient flow.
