Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and assist patients.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; consider dentist availability and treatment needs.
• Coordinate the dental appointment calendar to optimize daily flow.
• Verify and update patient insurance information.
• Collect payments for services rendered.
• Explain costs, coverage, and payment options to patients.
• Collaborate with staff to address scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Address concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Work with the team to resolve patient issues.
