Nationwide Children's Hospital Inc. is seeking a skilled dental assistant to support pediatric dental care. You will prepare treatment rooms, welcome and position patients, and assist dentists with procedures while maintaining accurate charting and radiographic records.

The role requires an accredited dental assistant program, Ohio radiography licensure, and board certification in coronal polishing. Strong communication and manual dexterity are essential for high-quality patient care and safety.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited dental assistant training program or the equivalent in applicable experience.
• Current license to practice dental radiography in Ohio.
• Board Certified in Coronal Polishing in Ohio.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare treatment rooms and patient for dental procedures.
• Assist dentists during procedures and deliver instruments.
• Expose radiographs and maintain radiographic records.
• Chart services in patient records and educate patients/parents.
• Maintain CPR certification and emergency readiness.
• Monitor nitrous oxide and post-analgesia patient condition.
