Job summary
CHOICE Healthcare Services in Arizona seeks a Dental Assistant to support dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments and materials, and assisting with procedures in compliance with state standards.

Qualifications
- Certification from a dental college or 3–6 months related experience and/or training, preferred.
- Arizona X-Ray certification required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Arizona Coronal Polish certification required.
Responsibilities
- Assists the doctor in procedures.
- Takes x-rays.
- Takes IOs.
- Assist in Prophylaxis cleaning of teeth.
- Instructs patients on oral hygiene.
- Charts cavities and teeth with doctor.
- Sterilizes instruments.
- Sets up/breakdown and prepares rooms for treatment/hygiene.
- Charting of patient's treatment and treatment plan with doctor.
