Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Licensed Pediatric Dental Assistant to support a pediatric dental team in a community-based practice. You will focus on chairside assistance, patient comfort, and accurate documentation to ensure high-quality care for children.

The ideal candidate holds Minnesota licensure or DANB, CPR/BLS, and pediatric radiology credentials; prior pediatric experience is a plus. We offer a flexible schedule and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited dental assisting course.
• Active licensure in Minnesota, DANB certification, or equivalent state jurisprudence for performing tasks.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• Passion for working with children and positive dental experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pediatric dentist during examinations and procedures.
• Provide chairside support, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.
• Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Take and develop X-rays as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sterilized environment.
• Accurately document patient information and treatment plans.
