Job summary

American Pediatric Dental Group is seeking a Pediatric Bilingual Dental Assistant (English/Spanish) to support pediatric patients with compassionate care. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, current certification, and BLS certification. Training is available for pediatric dentistry.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pediatric dentists during examinations and procedures.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety, especially with children.
• Prepare and process radiographs per state regulations.
• Travel between assigned offices if needed and participate in meetings.

Pediatric Bilingual (English/Spanish) Dental Assistant

As a Pediatric Bilingual (English/Spanish) Dental Assistant with American Pediatric Dental Group, you will play a vital role in helping children develop healthy habits and a lifetime of beautiful smiles!

Required Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Current Dental Assistant Certification required
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule

• Monday & Thursday: 9:15 AM – 6:30 PM
• Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
• Satruday 8:15-1:30

Requirements

Education/Credentials:

• A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is .
• Radiography requirements according to the state regulations.

Job related experience:

• Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
• Pediatric experience, preferred

• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.

• Must have PC skills with an ability to learn and successfully use new software programs as required. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is preferred; as well as experience with a fax machine, copy machine, and general office equipment.
