D4C Dental in Tyler, Texas is seeking a Pediatric Dental Assistant to support clinical staff in delivering quality pediatric care. This role emphasizes compassionate patient interaction, efficient room setup, and accurate charting while maintaining a welcoming environment for children and families.

Ideal candidates have pediatric experience or a willingness to train, demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, and are reliable team players committed to growth within the practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental assisting support in a pediatric setting.
• Maintain patient records and assist with charting and scheduling.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for procedures.
• Assist dentist during procedures and manage patient comfort.
• Attend and participate in office meetings and routine trainings.

As a Pediatric Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring children develop healthy habits and a lifetime of beautiful smiles!

Pediatric Dental Assisting experience is preferred, however, we will support the training and development of an experienced dental assistant. Our ideal candidate loves kids, is flexible and reliable, and seeks to grow professionally.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday and every other Friday, additional closed Fridays occasionally

Education / Credentials

• A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is .
• Radiography requirements according to the state regulations.

Job Related Experience

• Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
