Job summary

D4C Dental Brands, Inc. is seeking a Lead Pediatric Dental Assistant to support pediatric care, develop healthy habits in children, and ensure beautiful smiles.

The role emphasizes training and leadership for a team of dental assistants within a pediatric practice. The ideal candidate has Pediatric Dental Assisting experience or is ready for training, holds RDA, Nitrous, and Coronal Polishing certificates, and is available to travel between offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Pediatric dental assisting experience preferred; training provided
• RDA, Nitrous certification, and Coronal Polishing certification required
• Radiography requirements according to state regulations
• Experience in a professional medical/dental environment with direct customer service is desirable

As a Lead Pediatric Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring children develop healthy habits and a lifetime of beautiful smiles!

Pediatric Dental Assisting experience is preferred, however, we will support the training and development of an experienced dental assistant. Our ideal candidate loves kids, is flexible and reliable, and seeks to grow professionally.

Hours: 7:30am-5:30pm

Requirements

Education/Credentials:

• A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is .
• Radiography requirements according to the state regulations.

Job related experience:

• Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
• Pediatric experience, preferred

• Must have PC skills with an ability to learn and successfully use new software programs as required. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is preferred; as well as experience with a fax machine, copy machine, and general office equipment.
