Cascadia Kids Dentistry is seeking a FUN and energetic Dental Assistant eager to grow with our pediatric dental practices. Candidates should be professional, outgoing, well-organized, reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about working with kids.

Responsibilities

1. Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile.
2. Ensure patients are well-informed and comfortable before, during, and after their appointments regarding their treatment and oral health.
3. Provide chair-side assistance to Providers during treatment procedures.
4. Document dental care services by charting in patients’ records.
5. Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.

Qualifications

1. Customer service skills to ensure patients feel comfortable and well-informed about their treatment and dental wellness.
2. Technical skills to work with dental, medical, scheduling, and organizational software.
3. Organization skills to keep workspaces clean, safe, and healthy.
4. Knowledge of dental instruments and chair-side assistance.
5. Active RDA license with the state of Washington.
6. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
