Job summary

Kids Dental Brands in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a Dentist Anesthesiologist to provide pediatric anesthesia within a doctor-owned, patient-centered hospital-like dental practice. You will work with pediatric and general dentists to develop individualized anesthesia plans and ensure safety before, during, and after procedures.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Dental Anesthesiology residency program.
• Dental Anesthesia Specialty Certificate and valid state license to practice in NC.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia to pediatric dental patients safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with pediatric and general dentists to tailor anesthesia plans.
• Monitor vital signs, sedation levels, and patient responses during anesthesia.
• Recognize and respond to anesthesia-related emergencies.
• Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation and records.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative education to patients and families.
• Adhere to safety regulations and best practices for anesthesia administration.
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education to improve care.
• Foster a positive, collaborative clinical environment.
