Job summary

The Staff Pad is seeking a Dental Anesthesiologist for a pediatric ambulatory surgery center in West Palm Beach, FL. This full-time role features a predictable schedule with no on-call, weekends, or holidays.

You will deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care for pediatric patients, collaborate with dentists, anesthesiologists, nurses and other team members, and contribute to a patient-centered, collaborative surgical environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pediatric patients.
• State licensure for the practice location.
• Current BLS certification.
• AHA or equivalent PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
• National Board certification strongly preferred.
• Experience practicing across a range of anesthesia staffing models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, high-quality anesthesia care in collaboration with the surgical team.
• Care for approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day.
• Work closely with Dentists, Anesthesiologists, Registered Nurses, Registered Dental Assistants, and other care team members.
• Support a positive, patient-focused culture.
