Job summary

The Staff Pad is partnering with a Cincinnati, OH ambulatory surgery center to hire a Dental Anesthesiologist for pediatric cases under general anesthesia.

This full-time role offers a schedule of 3+ days per week with no call and no weekends or holidays, in a patient-centered surgical environment. You will provide anesthesia care for pediatric patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pediatric patients.
• Appropriate state licensure for the practice location.
• Current BLS certification.
• AHA or equivalent PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
• National Board certification strongly preferred.
• Experience practicing across anesthesia staffing models such as Anesthesia Care Team or independent practice.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, high-quality anesthesia care in collaboration with the surgical team.
• Care for approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day.
• Work closely with Dentists, Anesthesiologists, RNs, Dental Assistants, and other care team members.
• Support a positive, patient-focused culture.
