The Staff Pad seeks an experienced Anesthesiologist to join a pediatric ambulatory surgery center in Visalia, CA, providing safe general anesthesia for pediatric and special-needs patients in a dentistry-focused setting.

This full-time role features no call, no weekends, and no holidays, with a collaborative team of dentists, nurses, and surgeons to ensure safety, comfort, and high-quality outcomes for every patient.

Qualifications

• Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients.
• BL S and AHA PALS certification; PALS required within 6 months of hire.
• NationalBoard Certification strongly preferred.
• Comfortable practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients.
• Partner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care.
• Manage anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR day.
• Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in a fast-paced ASC environment.
