Job summary

The Staff Pad in Pensacola, FL seeks an experienced Anesthesiologist to join a pediatric ambulatory surgery center. Full-time position with no call, no weekends, and no holidays, providing general anesthesia for pediatric and special-needs patients.

Collaborate with dentists and surgical staff to ensure safe, comfortable, and high-quality anesthesia care. Experience with pediatric patients and board certification preferred; PALS/BLS required with PALS within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients.
• Current BLS and AHA PALS certification; PALS required within 6 months of hire
• National Board Certification strongly preferred
• Comfortable practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients.
• Partner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care.
• Manage anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR day.
• Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in a fast-paced ASC environment
