The role involves maintaining databases, preparing for visits, screening for eligibility, supporting REDCap data entry, and assisting in ensuring regulatory adherence across studies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in medical or science related field.
• Experience: 1 year of clinical research experience (additional years or advanced degree may substitute).
• Licenses/Certifications: BLS/CPR AED; ACRP or SOCRA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clinical research participants via telephone, telehealth, or in-person.
• Coordinate regulatory aspects to comply with FDA, policies, and hospital requirements.
• Schedule study procedures and assist PI with protocol adherence.
• Screen, recruit, enroll and follow subjects per protocol guidelines; assist with consent process.
• Develop and maintain data collection tools and CRFs; ensure data quality and entry.
• Assist in developing research protocols and budgets; support billing as needed.
• Maintain subject-level documentation and ensure compliance with HRPP standards.
