Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to coordinate patient/participant research activities and support data management across diverse studies in primary care settings.

The role involves coordinating regulatory documents, assisting with IRB submissions, and ensuring quality data collection, while collaborating with investigators and clinical staff to advance community health research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medical or science field.
• 1 year of clinical research experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (IRB) and PHI protections.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory aspects of trials and maintain regulatory information.
• Screen, recruit, enroll and follow subjects per protocol.
• Maintain data collection and management across study lifecycle.
• Assist in preparing IRB materials and reports for submission.
• Support dissemination of results through reports and publications.
