Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator II to support the Center for Inborn Errors of Immunity. You will coordinate patient recruitment, study visits, data collection, and regulatory tasks across translational studies.

Under PI supervision, you will handle IRB submissions, REDCap data management, and cross‑team collaboration; a CRC‑II role requiring strong organizational and regulatory skills, with certification within the first 6 months preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical or science related field.
• Minimum 2 years clinical research experience; advanced degree may substitute.
• Experience with IRB submissions and regulatory documentation.
• REDCap proficiency; knowledge of Epic and MS Office preferred.
• ACRP or SOCRA certification considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient recruitment, enrollment, and visit scheduling per protocol.
• Maintain IRB and regulatory documentation; prepare amendments as needed.
• Perform data collection, entry, validation, and basic analysis support.
• Support sample handling, biobanking, and study start‑up activities.
• Collaborate across departments and PI to ensure protocol compliance.
