Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina seeks a CT Technologist to join the radiology team and perform high-quality CT examinations across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, using advanced CT resources and established protocols.

The role supports a weekend day schedule (Fri–Sun, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $5,000. Requires ARRT CT registration within 1 year and SC licensure, plus 0–2 years’ experience and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• 0–2 years of modality-specific work experience, at least 1 year of X-Ray experience.
• ARRT CT Registration must be obtained within 1 year in this position.
• Licensure from the SC Radiation Quality Standards Association is required.
• Current BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Utilize CT resources to perform high-quality CT examinations.
• Provide CT imaging services on pediatric patients.
• Ensure accurate and efficient imaging for physician interpretation.
• Maintain image quality standards and follow CT protocols.
• Deliver compassionate patient care while ensuring safety during examinations.
• Operate CT equipment safely in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to support diagnosis and treatment.
