Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group in Salem Hospital is seeking a CRNA II to provide pediatric anesthesia services within an integrated care team. The role emphasizes clinical expertise, mentorship of CRNAs and SRNAs, and ongoing education on pediatric anesthesia with collaboration with surgeons and anesthesiologists.

Candidates must hold a Master’s in Nurse Anesthesia, NBCRNA certification, and MA RN license; 2–3 years CRNA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nurse anesthesia required.
• CRNA licensure NBCRNA and MA RN license required.
• 2–3 years CRNA experience preferred.
• Experience with pediatric anesthesia and team collaboration desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for pediatric patients.
• Review patient medical history and administer anesthesia.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and postoperatively as needed.
• Serve as a resource and mentor for CRNAs and SRNAs.
• Develop and deliver educational content on pediatric anesthesia.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
